Mental Health issues are common. However, these issues are often complex.There are a large number of different types of mental health needs, and the range of symptoms people can experience is varied and wide-reaching. Through three case studies (Steve, Danielle and Louisa) this course will cover an overview of mental health issues and how to: 1. List how someone may feel if they have mental health conditions such as: psychosis, depression, anxiety 2. Discover how positive attitudes towards those with mental health conditions will improve the care and support they receive 3. Identify adjustments that might need to be made to the way care and support is provided if someone has mental health conditions such as: psychosis, depression, anxiety.
